So I started Day 1 of working out today. I am incredibly out of shape, not to mention flabbier than normal. I plan to run the 5k Revlon walk with my sister in May. No, seriously - I want to run/jog it. I know it’s a walk, but it’s a goal I’d like to set. Work has been too crazy for me to even consider working out, which made me lose ALL motivation. But, after working out today, I realized how great of a feeling you get when you give your muscles a good work out.
So…my goal (however long it takes me) is to go from flab to fab. From me to Audrina Patridge in the green bathing suit. I’m thin enough already, but I want muscle tone! There will be faster results when school kicks in, and I’m back to regularly dancing, but until then, I need to work out. So, cheers to being healthy, setting goals, and having a bangin’ body. :D
